Elgin 16S 7J Delta Tau Delta Dial Hunter Pendantset Nickel Movement. Nice enamel singlesunk dial with a hand painted later Delta Tau Delta Insignia. The dial has missing hour and minute hands and a rusty seconds hand and a small chip at the edge. Average nickel movement with gilt screws. If you stroke the balance wheel it will tick for a few seconds but hangs up, needs cleaning.
