This
very rare Alain Silberstein perpetual calendar is in absolutely stunning
condition. It has just had a complete service and works and sets perfectly. By
far the most interesting part of this perpetual calendar is the 48
month perpetual calendar setting on the rear of the watch. In an interview with
Mr. Silberstein, he explained that he wanted to keep the watch clean with no
unnecessary components to show on the dial. His answer was a unique module that
is set on the side of the case with a standard pusher so the wearer can adjust
the correct week and month of the perpetual calendar function. And of course
because Alain Silberstein never does anything ordinary, each 12 month period on
the rear of the watch is in a different language. The watch is incredibly easy
to set with his creative solution.
The case number on the rear of the watch has been removed for the
