Delivery
We deliver worldwide. All deliveries are fully insured and trackable.
We are a UK company - orders are sent to Australia by DHL Express which is a 3-5 day service to most of the country. If DHL do not deliver to your address we will use an alternative service. Deliveries outside of the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes when received. Australian orders should be exempt for items under AU $1000 (correct as of March 2016).
Please note: All orders to Russia are sent using Royal Mail International which may take between 2 and 8 weeks for delivery.
Returns
In addition to our 30 day returns policy all items purchased from October 1st 2017 may now be returned up until January 16th 2018, terms apply.
We offer you 30 days to change your mind after purchase. The item must be return as it was sent, in new condition including all packaging and manuals.
