NEAT 1963 Bulova Gents 23J Selfwinding TWO Tone Dial STAINLESS Case RUNS- Ufix!

This auction is for the pictured 1963 model year (M3 date code on the case back) Bulova brand 23 Jewels Selfwinding model that features a CLEAN all stainless steel case and an ORIGINAL two tone dial!!  This watch does wind and set the time smoothly and has run and kept time about TWO hours FAST over my 24+ hour timekeeping test of the watch sitting here running on my desk.  The watch case on this one measures 33.5mm diameter not including the original BULOVA signed crown and the case rates VERY GOOD PLUS or better overall condition- please see the photos!!  The DIAL on this watch is ORIGINAL but not as nice as the case- right off I note that there is some surface rust on all three hands and the dial finish in general shows some aging.  This dial may clean up some, or even substantially using your watchmaker’s proven-safe dial dip cleaning method- it’s worth a try!!  I would say that the dial rates a high GOOD PLUS to a low VERY GOOD for condition right now.  I have just installed a brand new 18mm wide black “soft” style fancy grain leather strap that is a nice match to the stainless steel case.  I have priced this watch to $ELL with a ROCK BOTTOM low opening bid and there is NO RESERVE!!!
