Condition- Not Running has a Good Balance Wheel but the Mainspring is either broken, missing, or Slipping, Dial is Very Good, Hands are Very Good, Crystal is Scratched, Crown is Okay with Plating Loss and the Stem needs reattached, Case is Okay. Winds easily but there is something wrong with the mainspring.
